Riverfront Frio River Vacation Lodging | The Frio House

We made a quick run up to The Frio House last weekend to take up all the new bedding for the house (a few weekends before that we were painting the interior for 3 days straight!). You should have seen our car...we were loaded down like the Clampetts! I could barely see my girls in the back because the bedding was piled so high between their seats. We grabbed a few quick pictures of the rooms while there so y'all can see more of the inside of the house. If you & your families are considering booking the house this summer, do it asap because it's starting to book for the summer season! And don't forget - March, April, May, & September are lovely times to visit too! (The property sleeps up to 15 people. Perfect for a few families to make Frio memories together!)

A few pics of the main house bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has 3 twins. The main house sleeps 5. There is a full bath in the main house and a laundry room too.

The dining room has a nice view of the river. And the deck is an awesome place to gather to watch the sunsets.

The bunk room is attached by a breezeway to the main house. This room has a king and two twins. Currently, the bunk room sleeps a family of 4. In the fall of 2016, the bunk room and breezeway are going to be converted to a master suite, second main house bathroom, and a 4th bedroom! Oh, and that master suite will have killer views of the river!!

The guest house has a full bed with trundle and a second full bed with a twin above it. It sleeps a family of 6. There is a bathroom in the guest house. It has a sink, toilet, & standing shower (no tub).
